The firm’s primary goal is to provide its clients with competent counsel to cofidently make critical decisions that impact their lives and duties in the near term and the future.

“Nunquam Non Paratus” (never unprepared, ever ready) is Ibis & Rooster’s motto and summarizes the firm’s approach to its work. The Ibis & Rooster approach combines jurisprudence (law); implementation science (policy and governance); and a transdisciplinary framework (expertise) to generate solutions for individuals, governments, nonprofit organizations, philanthropy, academic institutions, and corporations.
